Popular ice cream parlor with delicious homemade ice cream creations
The Martini ice cream parlor in Lange Straße is a real family business - and has been for generations! In 2019, the popular ice cream parlor celebrated its 30th anniversary, named after the maiden name of gelatier Giovanni Marcovecchio's wife. The "Martini" specializes primarily in classic ice cream flavours, which are made according to old family recipes with lots of love and high-quality ingredients: the vanilla ice cream is made with real bourbon vanilla instead of flavouring, while the fruit ice cream flavours contain fresh fruit. The most popular flavor, by the way, is lemon, closely followed by strawberry. Of course, there are also unusual ice cream varieties such as Mozart ice cream or whisky ice cream, which traditionally marks the start of the autumn season. At the end of October, the Martini-Marcovecchio family will be taking a well-deserved winter break so that they can indulge Wolfenbüttel's sweet tooth with delicious ice cream creations again from February.
