In addition to delicious cakes, pastries, wood-fired breads, rolls and snacks, Café Schlüter also offers a wonderful view of the Holzmarkt.
 
Around the week, Café Schlüter on the Holzmarkt is a regular stop for Wolfenbüttel locals: In a cozy atmosphere, it sells, advises, chats and customers not only get great products, but also a sympathetic ear and a nice word - whether they just want to get something to take away or make themselves comfortable in one of the 40 seats in the barrier-free interior. And as soon as the weather permits, people are drawn to the other 40 seats outside.
 
The tasty and substantial dishes are made entirely in-house from regional ingredients - and the team at Café Schlüter never runs out of creative ideas. There are popular Schlüter specialties, homemade and irresistible strudel variations and delicious breakfasts.
